One of my friend called us yesterdaay night. He has very good knowledge of Excel. He has some excel file which looks like below. He wanted to modify the content of file and after modification it looks like this   

For these modification, we found python is very handy and we solved his problem within 10 minutes. We are sharing that code with attachment
